My 6 year old son was just recently diagnosed with dyspraxia. Any advise , good books to read, etc. My son is not a behavior problem, having troubles with academics, that is how we came to this conclusion, at first he was diagnosed with nonverbal learning disorder, but that did not fit him totally. He lacks self confidence but is a happy child. He has few friends at school, but yet most kids like him because he is nice. He really struggles with daily things like organization, buttoning, and zipping. Please someone tell me this will get better. Any words of advise and encouragement are welcome. Ideas for IEP's as well thanks
