There is a lot of help out there if you know where to look. Find a good children's therapy center and have a comprehensive work up done. My son was diagnosed at 3 withe verbal apraxia and dyspraxia. Your son sounds very similar to my son's difficulties. He had intensive therapy (2-3 hours for 2 days a week) and made great progress. He's 11 now and only sees a speech therapist and occupational therapist once a week for a half of an hour. He saw an OT, speech and physical therapist for years. There is hope. He has done fantastic. He still has minor delays - especially in sequencing, organizing, learning delays, fine motor. I had him in a handwriting clinic for a few summers that really helped a lot. A good children's therapy center is your best bet. Good luck. Debbie
