I live in the north in Canada. I use to live near Toronto but moved due to severe allergies, all the air pollution was slowly killing me. You also have air pollutants in your home. Do you know what you are allergic to? For me, anything to do with farming made me ill, where I live now it is forested with mostly pines and maples.....no farming at all and being in the country lessens air pollutants from vehicles and industry. Strengthening your immune system with vitamins and eating organic foods will help too. Hope this helps.
