Hello all. I am a 19 year old girl and being so young it's hard for me to believe all this is happening. First off, a couple nights ago i started to get numbness and bad pain in my one arm and hand then a night later a woke up with tighness under my breastbone and chest pain. I had to lay still untill it finally passed because any movement i make would worsen the pain near my heart and make my chest tightness worse making it feel like it would explode or i would have a heart attack!I'm very scared and i'm starting to live in fear. I also have very bad anxiety and sleeping paralysis. i'm thinkin that might have a little to do with it. Please read this and give me your advice. thanks. Courtney.
