I too went through all your symptoms for about 3 years until 3 years ago this past New Years Eve. Pills, shots, therapy of all types, bed ridden or in a wheel chair or crutches. Finally found a fantastic orthopedic surgeon. After reviewing all options with him, I had a total hip replacement. The best thing I ever did for myself!!!!! No more pain. Seriously consider the operation as soon as possible to return to a normal life again. By the way, I was 40 years old when I had the operation.
