Hi, Any oral med goes through the liver in a series of passes --usually 3---(I checked each companies product website). Exceptions are the patch and if you use compounded, sublingual tablets. Estrace (or its specific generic) are oral meds with the least amount of fillers (1/3 of say, Premarin or Estratab, etc) Most of the fillers, too, are actually recognizable words. Estrace is also the only oral med that claimed to be bioidentical - all the other ones whether derived chemically or from soybeans would not agree they were bioidentical ERT. Patches are also bioidentical and if the compounded ERT is derived from soybeans, it would also be that (with no fillers). Some ideas...
