I have heard that setting your Child on the Toilet and having her begin to urinate and then stop and hold it, will help! Do this several times during the day, this is suppose to help strengthen the bladder control muscles which is usually the culprit! For they sleep so heavy and with weak control muscles thats the outcome! Caution, for over doing that could cause a bladder infection which is the last thing you want! Overdoing I mean by holding to long! Hold for 4-5 seconds at the most! Start out a few times a day at 2 seconds holding and work your way up thru the days!
