You don't necessarily have to have "symptoms" to have uterine or ovarian cancer. That's why annual pap smears are urged in all women. Specifically, Cancer In Situ is the more common cancer finding during a pap smear. Simplistically speaking, you might have a clump of cancer cells or cancerous tissue but it usually can be removed without difficulty with minor surgery. You should be asking your doctor these questions rather than a health list. Good luck!
