hi, Our family here in So CA had a lousy flu with those symptoms. It followed on the tail of a mean cold, though. The symptoms you described lasted for us about 2-3 weeks depending on the health of the person who had it. Even my kid who NEVER sleeps hardly any was taking the 2-3 hour afternoon nap. (I wrote it down in his health book because he has never taken a nap before) I was trying to keep working etc and found on the weekend I was sleeping a 9 hour night and then all afternoon, too!). Those symptoms could be other things, of course, but for us, it was one of the meanest orniest flus we have had. Bad enough hubby is swearing he will get a flu shot next year. and no cough, no congestion etc...so wierd hope its just a flu for you (though what a mean flu to get - you have my sympathies~)
