This is what worked for me: Ginger; either in capsules or suck a tiny slice of raw ginger - even smelling the powdered ginger BEFORE you get up can help. Wrist Bands; you buy these at boating shops, they are for sea sickness. Dry Crackers; eat a few before you try and sit all the way up in bed - eat them very slowly. Mild Diet; don't eat spicy or fatty foods - they make you feel worse in the morning. Good Luck
