When my best friend was diagnosed with Hep C, she had severe joint pain. After a year of Interfuron treatments, she is showing no signs of the Hep C, but still experiences some joint pain, but not as severe...you might want to get a second opinion...and try the treatments, I know several people who have had success with it.
