Hiatel Hernia, Swollen Esophygus and Spine Pain

The best thing I did for my hiatal hernia and all it involved was to visit a natropathic physician. My back pain has gone away with regular spinal adjustments and acupuncture. My hiatal hernia has all but gone away also. Every now and then it revisits me and I go get an adjustment and am fine. When the stomach moves up through the enlarged passage in the diaphram it can cause referal pain to the back and can even mimic heart pains. I do not live with this anymore. A chiropractor may help also but I would suggest finding one who also does acupuncture and is familiar with hiatal hernias. good luck.
