In 1998, after 6 years of doctors guessing wrong, the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio determined I have Yellow Nail Syndrome. At that point, I was only the second case they ever saw. In the past couple of years my nails have improved and look fine. My bouts with pneumonia (sp?) have let up, but my lungs are still in poor condition, and my nose runs constantly, although less than it did. I was told there was no treatment.
