My Brother has numbness in his extremities some in his fingers and more in some of his toes. He is 50 years old and in good health. He has had many tests run. Nothing that could cause these symptoms have been found. His doctor has informed him that numbness may be a part of being older, that many of his older patients have these symptoms. Your husband should have a work up to be on the safe side as these symptoms could be the result of something more serious that could be treatable.
