Hi.I had symptoms very similar to yours 9still have some of them) thought I was going out of my mind. My periods stopped and I started producing breast milk. They checked my prolactin level....it came out quite high and referred me to an endocrinologist. I had an MRI scan which revealed a 'non-functioning pituitary tumour'which has damaged production of several hormones. I now have to take life-long replacement therapy, including growth hormone injections (for which I am still waiting) Apparently, the growth hormone should give me more energy and capacity to exercise(of which I've none at present). In short, get your doctor to explore this .be persistent...It took a few years for me to be diagnosed....prior to the diagnosis, they just said I was depressed!! Good luck
