To my understanding, you can be a carrier of Genital Warts and not show signs. If you don't have any visible symptoms then you probably dont have any problems now. But, be sure to keep having your annual Pap test. A positive result could be caused from the virus that causes genital warts. Just because you dont show signs now, doesnt mean you wont ever have them. Stress and hormone changes can cause genital warts to present itself if you have already been exposed.
