You didn't say how old or what grade the twins are in. These children can benefit from small breaks after each task. For example after doing math they may look at a book quietly for 3 to five minutes, while sitting in a bean bag chair. Having a picture communication schedule will help tremendously. If you don't know what one looks like you can email me privately and I can send you one by email. This schedule will have on it what they day is like...ex: morning work then, bathroom, then spelling then break time, Math, break. and so on. After each task they can take off each task picture they completed so they know where they are in their day. The pictures are laminated on a piece of construction paper (laminated also) then each picture is fasten by velcro. These kids will be more settled in their day if they know what is coming next by seeing it visually. I hope I was able to help you some. Sandy
