Gallstones tend to accumulate in clusters in the gall bladder, and be released at random intervals over time. High resolution imagery will usually show the clusters. Like you, I had gallstone attacks. I had my gallbladder removed surgically, and have had no further problems since, other than a slight change in my bowel process. The surgery itself was a one-day / one-night visit. I was walking a mile and a half in the morning, three days later. Please consider the surgical alternative. I know of no reliable data that indicate diet as a reliable means of treating gallstone disorders.
