Bless your heart, I have a 31 yr old daaughter and twin 24 yr old boys, now back then no one told you not to smoke when you were pregnant-you could request a smoking room in hospital!! I have only heard that smoking affects there birthweight, my girl was almost 8lbs and my twins were both 7 lbs-so I will not tell you what to do, but you are not smoking very much and so not much can be affecting baby, if you were smoking 2 packs a day and suddenly quit it might, but you can cut back slowly, I am suree as little as you are smoking now, you are probably upsetting yourself and baby worrying, but bless your heart you will be a great mom
