I am 87 & have the same condition & have for 17 yrs..after a 3rd hemorroidectomy when the Proctologist cut the muscles in the lower rectum. I was left with a very loose anus and couldn't hold the stool but also became very constipated so now, I have a LOT of hemorrhoids from having to PUSH so hard and only THEY keep me able to hold the stool..(uncommfortably) but that isn't much help for you, is it? When I bend over, I feel the hemmorroids bulging & am hurting and very uncomfortable. I just had a colonoscopy which really aggravated it! A Proctologist SHOULD be able to help her since she is so young.
