I am curious how you believe you contracted the Shingles in the first place, I contracted Mono last year by drinking after someone who I was unaware had it. I know the two are related somehow and the virus never leaves your body for your entire life. For about a month this year I've felt a reaccurance and does this happen to you often? Can I get Shingles inadvertently, just by having some type of this horrible virus or do know? Much thanks for any information and or sharing your experiences. Deanna
