Which tests are you taking? The usual ones may not show accurate levels of thyroid. Take the test for anti-thyroid antibodies. You may have the type of problem that is caused my immune system imbalance. The thyroid is producing the hormone, but your body is producing antibodies that are negating the effect. I don't remember the name of the test, but I do know many doctors miss it.
