I have dealt with rls too,but I have only had a nervous feeling in my legs,and once in a while arms/hands, not any pain. Doing leg exercises like modified knee bends until my leg muscles burn with lactic acid, helps. Also, I have recently begun taking a drug for prevention of osteoporosis called Evista (raloxifene)(I'm 54 and past menopause) and it has diminished my rls symptoms by more than half. Hope you find some relief. As a Christian, I also find Scriptures for wisdom and healing and believe that God's ultimate will for me is total health.
