hope you dont get what I did. Im athletic, started with leg cramps in the back of my thigh then occasionally in the front of my thigh. Going up stairs or (INCLINES) made it come on only. then got worse riding bike, hiking (UP) a mountain, stairclimber. My legs then got tired, found myself sitting more and doing less, now I realize that inside my egs had become exhausted. 2 yrs later my right thigh went then m lft thigh, then my periformis (butt muscle). Pain was in thigh then ran down side of leg. unbeliveable pain. If you get pain down your outside thigh, BEWARE, this is the biggest sympton of what many us us get. Doctors constantly misdiagnose us and we live in agony for years. Its a weakness in your structural system somewhere which causes these symptoms of what we get. Again if pain goes to the outside thigh, hard to sleep on thigh you might have what we have. If not I hope you have something else. Even though the pain is in your thigh area you actually could have a 1. Pelvic problem 2. Lower back problem 3. SI Joint problem I have composed a 5 page letter of what Ive gone thru which will help you latter so you dont make the same mistakes that we all do with doctors. email me you address and Ill email it to you.
