I had that when I was 10 years old, I was given tablets to soak my hands and feet in (I don't know what kind of tablets they were, but they were small and white) my aunt was also told to use a sterile pin to bust each blister and then put gntian violet on it. I know exactly what you are going through, it is horrible. I caught this by going to a public swimming pool, and this was 40 years ago. I eventually got well, but it took kquite a while. Mine was also diagnosed as athlete's foot(very contagious)Good luck!
