I suggest you see a good shiatsu-ist(Japanese massage). A friend had severe bursitis; had used all cortisone he could have;doctor suggested surgery but not while he was under pressure at work. Because he was always under pressure and the pain was so severe he could not move his arm, our Japanese friends suggested shiatsu. After 5 treatments, all was well and the surgery was not needed. Shiatsu is wonderful; also helps with RSI/carpal tunnel syndrome.
