i have the same problem for 10 yrs.5 yrs ago my doctor suggested a cortisone shot into my shoulder as last resort although shot was uncomfortable pain was gone within minutes.drawback is that you can,t have cortisone shots regularly.however my problem has only reoccured 3 times in 5 yrs with the cortisone shot at those times to relieve condition.hope this info helps
