It sounds like meineres have her go to an ear doc. try to find one in your area that knows about meineres it is no fun it a build of liquid behind the ear drum this has happened to me , even though I'm not a woman and pregnat , good luck have her stop drinking any thing with caffeine and not to smoke this seem to avergurate it more .
