Robyn, have you seen an eye doctor or perhaps an allergist. You probably are allergic to something whether it be cats, flowers, pollen, weeds, etc. Before you see doctor, try allergy pills that contain antihistamines, you can buy them off the shelf. The non-drowsy type, safer if you drive. My eyes get real itchy when my nose gets stuffy and can't breathe through the nose. Seems the nasal passage connects to the eyes and causes it to itch when nose is stuffed up. I take the allergy pills and the itchiness goes away.
