My husband was diagnoised with cellulities. His was on his leg(s). He finally went to a infectious disease doctor not a GP. He diagnoised (with one look where before several GP only called it cellulities) it as athlete's foot. He was not letting the area between his toes dry before putting on socks. He has not had a reoccurance in a year now. Even though the infection was not on his feet just his legs. Each time it comes back it is worse. Go see a infectious disease doctor!
