Get checked out by a Rheumatologist for Fibromyalgia. It is a muscle and (connective) deep tissue disorder with many non-related symptoms and can be hard to diagnose. You can have all over muscle and back pain which is very painful. I have fibro and also get much pain around shoulder blades, neck, back, hands, etc. Rheumotologists are the only doctors that are trained to diagnose this condition. Good Luck
