It might be allergies. I know that when the pollen is high--especially grass pollen--I can experience a myriad of symptoms, or just a few. You might have him checked out by an allergist, but there isn't much that a doctor can give a small child in the way of allergy releif. Try keeping your child indoors, and keep windows shut if possible.
