I think she should go see a pain management doctor. He can put her on the right meds and also find out what is wrong with her legs. I have RSD so I know what she is going through. Most pain meds you should take on a full stomach, or otherwise they will make you sick. I have a a pain management doctor who is helping me now. But you have to find out what the cause is for the pain in the legs. You can even try an orthopedic doc to find out if it's back related too. It was an orthpedic doctor who was the one to tell me that I had RSD. Hope that she finds some relief soon.
