Colon Cancer spread to entire abdomen HELP!

Message 3 of 3 Previous

My wife has a friend who had stage 3 colon cancer and was so weak she could hardly walk to the car. She didn't want to take chemotherapy or radiation as they will destroy your body as well as the cancer. She dropped everything and went to Okinawa,Japan where she was born and consulted natural healers there. She was put on a Okinawan/Japanese food regime with fantastic results. Here are some of the foods she ate every day, but the person with cancer must drastically change their eating habits and make a commitment to stay with this diet or it will not work. 1. Eat raw carrots or juice 3 times a day, juice can be mixed with apple juice to make it taste better. 2. Eat Brown Rice every day, a little butter melted on top and mixed in to improve taste. 3. NO MEAT!! only fish such as salmon, tuna, cod, bass. 4. Shrimps, scallops, oysters and clams prepared any way is good. 5. Miso soup with diced tofu every morning. 6. Eat tofu often, prepared with stir fried vegetables flavored with oyster sauce chopped up Shiitake mushrooms should be added. Soak Shiitake for couple of hours before cooking to soften it. 7. Eat vegetables that grow underground such as carrots, sweet potatoes, burdock, yam, ginger root. 8. Use only dark brown unbleached sugar or molasses for cooking or coffee. 9. Do not eat or drink any DAIRY products, cheese, milk, etc. 10. No white bread, only wheat, oat, other bread with blend of grains. White bread has bleached flour. The Japanese lady who went on this diet improved so much in less than 6 months that she phoned the other day to say her white cell count is so good that the doctors were amazed and that she apparently is back in good health. She now has so much energy, she seldoms stays at home and is a bundle of energy visiting friends and shopping in Okinawa. You should be able to find these ingredients at any supermarket in the Asian foods section or find a Japanese, Korean or Asian market in your neighborhood. Hope this helps, any questions, you may e-mail me. Japanese men have 1/8 the prostrate cancer rates for American men, Japanese women have much lower rates of breast cancer than American women so the answer may lie in the foods/diet. Many researchers think that eating soy products may be the key.
