I was hit by a motor vehicle 1&1/2 yeaes ago. Two months later i started having virtigo severe headaches, soon after i started hearing noises in my head. I don't get any sleep because of the loud noise in my head. I have been taking rivitrol and amtriptelene to help ease my constant pain. My brain has forgotton to fall asleep. My problem now is I am dependent on the rivitrol. Please give me some suggestions.
