Just wanted to caution you about the Celebrex. I was on it for about 2 years due to arthritis in my hands. For about a year I was having a lot of abdominal pain. I had every test you can imagine. I had a laporoscopy to search for endometriosis, barium enema to check kidneys, liver, etc. I had blood tests. In the back of my mind I kept wondering...could it be the Celebrex? I stopped taking it and within a few weeks the pain was absolutely gone! Now, I do have IBS, but this was a totally different pain. As far as injections, I haven't had pain in the knees, but I have had cortisone injected into my knuckles, and it really helps. But they don't like to do that too often. Good luck!
