3 years ago, I also injured my shoulder. After exhausting the chiropractor benefits, I went to the hospitol for outpatient physical therapy. That restored most of my shoulder range movements. There is pain on some reaches, but livable. physical therapy is necessary to regain reaching up without restriction. Medicare does pay, but I am retired.
