I encounter similiar feelings of fatigue and lethargy due to chronic blood disorder and hypoglycemia, my blood pressure is usually low as well. What I usually due to combat fatigue is end my day earlier,i.e. sometimes I go to bed as early as 7:30pm or 8:00 pm, I then start my day earlier, and try to do some simple task that I enjoy such as watering the lawn or planting a flower, it tends to take your mind off of the fatigue, also I take folic acid, vitamin c, and echnicea. In sum, don't feel guilty about the amount of rest you need, and when you are alert try to do something you enjoy and hopefelly gradually your energy level will improve.
