Have you tried running a STEAM vaporizer (cool mist doesn't do anything at all). Put Vicks Vapor rub in itso it can disperse into the air. I use that for my daughter and it helps some. She's older now and can take the allergy meds out there. Allegra seems to help her the best. Talk with your doctor to see if anything is available in prescription form and ask for samples if possible because allergy meds are very expensive! Also keep your windows and doors closed as much as possible when the allergy index is high and if you can , get a vacuum cleaner like the phantom that protects from allergens being put back into the air.
