I have had moderate to severe psoriasis for 45 years. About 5 months ago I went on a low animal fat diet, no red meat, no dairy products (sure miss the Pizza), I do have chicken twice a week but without the skin. I drink lots of soy milk (vanilla flavored is quite pleasant,lots of soy products, nuts, chick peas, etc. After 3 months my psoriasis is practically gone! Coincidence? Perhaps- but worth trying. During world War II many psoriatics living under semi-starvation conditions got better, after the war the food supply normalized and their psoriasis returned.
