I too had awful symtoms of menapause at age 37. mood swings, hot flashes really bad couldnt sleep, had a hard time working as a supervisor of a team of 23 people. In the begining, after having a child at 36,I thought it was my body adjusting, but it kept getting worse. I went to a new OBGYN, FEMALE AND SHE PUT ME ON PREMPRO, hormone, what a change!!! that was at age 42. After 3 mos. no more periods or sym. I would rather be on hormones then all the other drugs with their side effects. I go for all my check-ups and everything is fine. They help prevent ostop.,heart disease.
