I also had problems with my mouth burning. It turned out to be allergys. When my allergys flared up the roof of my mouth became sensitive. I didn't tink I was allergic to anything but a sharp Dr. figured it out right away and had me tested. Turned out I was allergic to several things, bth outside the house and inside. He put me on allergy medication and I haven't have a problem since.
