Sharm
Hi everyone! I have a 5 month old daughter who was diagnosed with this condition at 4 weeks old. It showed itself at 2 weeks. I have used cortizone on this poor child since then and I hate to use it but it seems to be the only thing i found to work! I went and did something stupid yesterday I gave her some almond milk and tried a tea tree/emu oil lotion to replace the cortizone( on the same day) well she has broke out bad and now i don't know if it was the milk or lotion. Has anyone heard of almond milk or tea tree oil causing a reaction? I do not give her dairy nor would i anyways i put 100% cocoabutter on her after baths and have been using aveeno baby lotion daily these have not reacted on her. I thought tea tree would be better! Also if anyone knows if carrots can cause a reaction because last week i gave her abit of carrot juice and it came out abit but went away Thanks ANY INFO would be great. Also she is on soy formula but i don't know how to test for that being the trigger because what else can i feed her in the meantime the other non dairy/ non soy formulas are very expensive and do have some traces of milk products in them i believe. Thanks again
