Jennifer, I must say that I can empathize with you on the whole "I feel fat and I try everything & nothing wiorks." It is frustrating and not easy to deal with. I do need to tell you though, your body does not want to lose weight that fast, and even if you could lose 5 lbs a week, I can guarantee that your body will definitely gain it all back faster than you lost it. IT is part of the amazing--as well as frustrating--makeup of our bodies. I struggle with my weight a lot, but more and more I have realized that what is important is 1st accepting yourself no matter what you weigh. That is so important!!! Then I would say, that is great that you want to be healthy, but take a step back and slow down. IN order to loose the weight and keep it off, our bodies need a healthy balalnced way of doing things. Personally, I recommend weight watchers...they are realistic and provide the support and acccountability that help = success. So good luck & have patience...Our bodies are truly amazing and beautiful despite what society may tell us. My mom recently joined Weight Watchers and slowly bbut surely, she has lost 40 lbs. without depriving herself...just making some healthy changes. Just a suggestion. Just I hope that you don't spend all your time battling these negative feelings about weight...I know that it is a not so great place to be. I struggled with an eating disorder for 8 years...and all that I am telling you is from my heart and honest facts. Balance and acceptance are so important!
