I found out two months ago after having an MRI that I have herniated disk, C 5-6. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and had fusion of my left ankle. The first fusion did not work on my ankle.The Orth Dr. broke of screw heads in my foot and leg.He also left the lead wire in my leg because it broke loose.I went to another orth Dr and he removed all of the hardware,grafted bone and placed a titanium plate and six screws. This all was in 1996. I have been trying to deal with the fibromyalgia and the chronic fatigue since 1990, then two years ago I had three stents place in my main artery. I am so depressed and so very tired of being in pain. My left shoulder has hurt for years, but now I have pain in my right shoulder, right arm, shoulder blades and numbness in my fingers.I have had two epidurals and no relief. I'm not very good with the computer and the pain is so intense I can hardly type. I don't know what to do now. I really don't want surgery, but if it will fix the problem, I'll try.I had to give up work three years ago.I'm 52 yrs old and have worked since I was 14.I had to give up a salary of over $50, per year. Any advice?? I pray daily. Thanks for your time.Rowdy
