The way my doctor explained it to me, I had mild dysplasia, with any grade of it 1,2, or three the laser is better faster healing and less infection if not any. Hope this helps. God bless you! He did the laser 4 days ago and I have little or no bleeding at all from it, just a little cramping but my doctor gave me something for that, it helps. I go in a month to see how my cervix is doing. He told my family he got all the abnormal area off.
