I suffered for years with this problem. The urge to urinate would come on suddenly, then I only went a little and 10 minutes later I had to go again. I had major problems making it to the bathroom before I wet myself. It was terrible. I finally went to a urologist and he prescribed Oxybutynin (generic name). It changed my life. The only side affect I have is dry mouth. Check into this, I believe it will help. Good luck.
