I've also had severe pain around my jaw. Some say it's from my MS, which could be the case, but I also had a problem grinding my teeth. I never had any message therapy, but I did get numerous "Trigger Point Injections". After receiving these shots for about a year now, my pain is gone. Sometimes it may creep back, but its not very painful. It's nothing another trigger point shot can't handle. It really does wonders for me. Good luck!
