If he were my son I would try eliminating (slowly) all meats, dairy, sugar and salty foods, white flour (whole grains instead) basicly all junk. I would try to get him to eat as much organic, raw fruit and veggies during the day as possible. Add fresh carrot juice, a small amount at a time, if you have access to a juicer or health food store. My son is allergic to dairy but it never showed up on a test. This diet might be almost impossible for a child that age (its hard for some adults) but do the best you can. You could have him stick carrot and celery sticks in peanut butter or a favorite dressing. Moms are usually amazing at there creativity when it comes to helping out their children. After all it's been said that we're only as happy as our least happiest child. God luck. :))
