Two Gout episodes only, beginning one year ago and limited presently to right foot. Initial attack classic,and involved only area posterior to big toe, with referred pain/swelling of entire foot. Second(last) episode worse,longer in duration and involved bottom of foot also. 45yrs. Too young to deal with this problem. >12 day duration recent attack. Tradional meds seem too dangerous. Help? MPM
